What data we collect
When you place an order or request a table booking we collect your name, telephone number, and — for delivery — your address, plus any email you choose to provide. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
Solely to prepare and deliver your order or manage your booking, and to contact you about it. Orders and bookings are sent to the chosen restaurant via WhatsApp and/or email for this purpose.
Legal basis
The performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for any marketing, your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention
We keep order and booking data only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal (tax and accounting) obligations.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with the chosen restaurant and with service providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, messaging). WhatsApp messaging is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to catralbombay@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
